This week's property is home to four junior University of Arizona students.

The Level is open for business! This fall the Level apartment building opened its 14 story complex to University of Arizona students!  The Level is located a block from campus and offers plenty of amenities for its tenants.   

The rooms range from spacious to cozy depending on the model of each flat.  The Level also offers students a rooftop pool, an outdoor kitchen for grilling, fitness center, tanning beds, and study lounges.    

Claire, Camryn, Laura, & Emily's room is located on the top floor, which is also the same floor that is home to the penthouse suites. Their room fits the four of them comfortably with mountain views that are unmatched anywhere in Tucson. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops.  The island turns the kitchen into a comfortable living space.  Their apartment also has wood floors throughout the common living spaces and their balcony offers them amazing views of Tucson and the surrounding mountain ranges. The apartments come with a furnished living room and mounted TV.  A pretty nice setup!

The standard bedrooms are equipped with a large closet, window and TV. The bedrooms are about the size of an average dorm room with the addition of a bathroom for most models. 

The bathrooms are called "designer bathrooms" by the Level and offer high-end counters, toilets and tile showers.  These are no dorm bathrooms by any means! 

Hightech Study Lounge

Living at the Level gives students an awesome  living arrangement. It also gives them access to some pretty cool amenities.  
The Level gives students a high tech indoor/outdoor study lounge on the second floor which allows students to work on projects.  This lounge includes a boardroom-style room for meetings.

The Level also offers students a rooftop pool deck with 360 degree views of Tucson.  The rooftop deck includes a hot tub and infinity edge pool, a yoga serenity garden with outdoor fitness areas, and an outdoor grilling area.  Check out the views from up there!

The home is located in the center of Sam Hughes Neighborhood, a square mile section of Tucson homes noted for their composed location. Homes in the area are mixed between college students like ourselves and small families, all of which are often seen taking walks or playing outside with their children – a very homely neighborhood to be a part of. From the first time we toured the house we knew it was going to be a great lease.


Being 4 college fraternity seniors, we wanted a house that wasn’t too close to Greek Row but also not in too quiet of a neighborhood, which we found in this property. We have fun additions such as a golf cart and Golden Tee and NBA arcade games.

Our house has an pretty large living room which is perfect for watching football, hosting guests, or just hanging out!  We have a 50" TV over the fireplace and plenty of seating.  We are especially looking forward to those few cold weeks this winter to have a few fires and invite some friends over for the holidays.  

We also have a pool and spacious backyard. Our plans are to add in a 15’ x 30’ sand badminton court in the backyard next to the pool. Once the badminton court is constructed, we will host a community badminton league with the local bar, Bob Dobbs.

The home is within biking distance of campus or a moderate walk, also close to large stores like Safeway, Home Depot and Target. Our landlord is very cooperative and sincere, easy to work with and thorough on the property. Maintenance includes a weekly pool service and grounds keeping.
